Presentation Evening Trophies

Presentation evening trophies have to cover a whole running order, from the first squad award to the cup that closes the night. These 25 designs include titled Allstar awards, football figures, cups and shields. Each plate takes its own wording at no extra cost, so one order can carry your full list of end of season awards.

A typical night's award list

Presentation night trophies are easiest to choose in the order they will be called. A football club usually runs through something like this:

  1. Squad awards: one for every player, youngest team first. Our team trophies are picked for this job.
  2. Most Improved: the Allstar version has the title moulded in raised gold letters, so the plate only needs the name.
  3. Manager's Player: another Allstar title, and the one in the football set that also takes a centre.
  4. Top Goal Scorer: the Allstar for a team award, or the Golden Boot Award at 205mm or 230mm for a league.
  5. Parents' Player: easy to forget on a junior night, and there is an Allstar for it.
  6. Players' Player: often the award a squad cares about most.
  7. Player of the Year: the Victory Strike at 250mm or the Gravity at 260mm.
  8. Team or Club of the Year: the Triumph Football Trophy shows team-mates lifting a player, at 190mm or 265mm.
  9. League or cup winners: a Heritage Cup in gold or silver, from 190mm to 350mm.

Keeping the table in step

Every Allstar title comes at 145mm and 185mm, which gives you two clean steps. Use 145mm for team awards and 185mm for awards across the club. Save anything taller for the last few names called, so the table builds towards the end of the night.

Other sports and mixed clubs

Those Allstar titles are football designs. For other sports, use the Allstar Achievement Award, the Allstar 1st 2nd 3rd Award or a Spirit Cup with the right centre. Our multi-sport trophies all take a centre, so a darts, bowls or cricket night works the same way.

Awards that come back every year

A cup or shield that returns each season is a different purchase, so leave the year off the main plate. For a winners' record, the Annual Presentation Shield gives you 7 record plates on the smallest size and 13 on the largest. There are more in our trophy cups.

Getting the order in

Put every award for the night on one order, so they all count towards one discount band. A night with 30 trophies earns 7% across the lot. Try to leave a couple of weeks in hand before the night, which is our advice and not a promise. Presentation Evening Trophies: your questions

How many trophies does a presentation evening need?
Count one for each player, then add the individual awards for every team. Two teams of 14 with five individual awards each come to 38 trophies, which sits in the 7% band.
Which trophy should be the biggest on the table?
Make Player of the Year the tallest individual award. The Gravity at 260mm or the Victory Strike at 250mm works well, and a league or club cup can stand taller still beside it.
Can every team's end of season awards go on one order?
Yes, and they should. Mixed designs and heights count together, so a whole club's awards reach a higher discount band as one order than they would as several. Each plate keeps its own wording.
Do you have presentation night trophies for other sports?
Yes, the cups, shields and Allstar Achievement Award here suit any club, and the Spirit Cup takes a centre chosen from 196 designs. Use the sport pages if you want a figure for your own game.
