About the Wooden Spoon Award
Every league has a team that finished last, and every society has a golfer who had a bad day. Hand this over at the presentation and the room will enjoy it, the winner most of all. It also suits quiz leagues, fantasy football and darts teams with a sense of humour about their season.
A 50 x 16mm gold plate sits at the foot of the spoon, with room for two lines. Go for the team's name and the season, or a short joke at the winner's expense. The spoon is the whole design, with no centre to fit. Plates are engraved in our workshop, so a cheeky message is cut in and cannot rub off. More fun awards are in our novelty trophies.
